Flab:soft loose flesh on a person`s body

According to scientists, getting stressed is beficial to our health.
They say that `good stress` can strengthen our natural defences which protect us from illness
common among older people ,such as Alzheimer`s ,arthritis,and heart problem,,,,,,,,

How`s fantastic!For me, stress  makes me feel good,actually.
And then,I`m likely to  get a lot of foods.
So,I`ve got fat,like a pig,,,,,,

Probably,moderate stress is OK,however,eating too much is getting fat.
I have to lose weight.
